Moonlight wasn't quite as excrutiating to watch as I'd feared. I don't think it has a hope in hell of surviving unless the writers come up with some original storylines and better dialogue. I saw the pilot for Dirty Sexy Money and found it to be one of the most well put-together of the new shows I've seen so far - not too packed with information, funny and interesting. Donald Sutherland and Glenn Fitzgerald's hilariously un-priestlike Reverend Brain alone would be enough to draw me back, but it's the Arrested Development echoes that ( Read more... ) -

One of the upcoming films that's got me most hyped up is Wanted. It's a sexy, violent, fantasy/action "Watchmen" for supervillains, inspired by (but not strictly based on) the love-it-or-hate-it Mark Miller graphic novel, and directed by Timur Bekmambetov, who made Day Watch/Night Watch.
